Who looks after your details.

Make It Purrsonal is run by Dairon Canel, an individual based in Florida, USA. He decides what the shop collects and what it's used for. Questions about your data go to the same email address as everything else.

What we collect.

When you check out: your name, email address, phone number and shipping address. Stripe takes your payment, so your card number never reaches us.

When you order a custom design: the photos you upload, your cats' names, the idea you describe, the brief you confirm, and any change requests and pictures you send us about your proof.

On your device, your browser keeps your cart, an unfinished design and links to your orders, so they're still there when you come back. We don’t use analytics, ad trackers or tracking cookies.

What we use it for.

To make and ship your order, to email you about it (the confirmation, your proof, tracking, a refund), and to answer you when you write to us. We don't send newsletters, and we never sell your details.

We never show your design or your cats' photos in our marketing unless you say yes when we ask.

The companies that help us.

Each of these only gets what it needs for its part:

  • Stripe takes your payment.
  • Printify and its print providers make and deliver your order, so they get your name, shipping address, phone number and email address.
  • Resend sends our emails to you.
  • Anthropic's Claude reads your photos and your idea to write the brief for a custom design.
  • Convex stores the shop's orders and your uploaded photos.
  • Vercel hosts the website.

How long we keep it.

Photos for a custom design are deleted 30 days after your order is delivered, or after it's refunded or cancelled. A design you start but never order is deleted after 7 days. Order records (what you bought, what you paid, where it went) are kept for as long as we need them for taxes and accounting.

Your choices.

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we'll do it, apart from the order records we have to keep.

The shop isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their details.
